A non-profit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Human Resources Business Partner in the Northeastern Region. Candidates will be responsible for the following: Ensuring compliance with established internal HR policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
In-depth knowledge of Medicare reimbursement methodologies, i. e. Resource Based Relative Value System (RBRVS) 3 years of experience negotiating rates with providers. Intermediate or higher level of proficiency in MS Excel.
Advocating for the member/patient and family among various sites to coordinate resource utilization. Encouraging client/member/patient participation and compliance in the clinical program efforts. Required Skills: Travel or on call work specific to the care management program.
Performing as a technical consulting resource for new clients during the implementation process. Participating in client kickoff activities including requirements and data gathering sessions. Managing multiple client implementations for retail customers.
Serving as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues. Skills and Requirements Include: Bachelor's Degree or higher. 3+ years of data analytics, writing, editing and intranet experience. 2+ years of HEDIS or CMS stars experience. 1+ year of Technology Product research experience.
Working with students K-12th grade. Working with mild to moderate needs. Creating IEPs. Position Requirements Include: Must be CCCs & ASHA Certified. Master's Degree is required. Experience in a classroom setting. Vermont License is required. Must pass tech screening.
