A software and web design company is seeking a Telecommute Executive Assistant. Candidates will be responsible for the following: Answering and placing calls. Scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, booking conferences, etc.
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages. Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations.
Excellent customer service experience, required. Some experience in teaching, training, educational program design, or public speaking. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
9,000 keystrokes per hour. Must be able to grasp and retain instructions. Specialized training in keyboarding or prior keyboard experience. Basic understanding of utility concepts and terms necessary for proper data verification. Training schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00am-2:00pm for two weeks.
