A staffing company is in need of a Telecommuting Customer Success SaaS Account Manager in Dallas. Must be able to: Train and mentor new Customer Success Specialists to ensure success. Answer incoming email and phone support requests. Provide timely on-boarding and training of new customers.
Skills and Requirements Include: Ability to travel to join the company's team in Plano, Texas. 5+ years working as an Agile Coach, Trainer or Program-level Scrum Master/Agile PM. 3+ years working as a project or program manager in large enterprise initiatives.
Candidates must have an active TX, or CA license. Maintain proper credentialing and state licenses and any special certifications or requirements necessary to perform the job. Must be in active medical practice to perform appeals. Post-graduate experience in direct patient care.
