Technical knowledge of plan design features for 401(k) and non-qualified plans, legal and regulatory framework, industry trends. In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, preferably within institutional retirement services. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Manage complex contract negotiations and liaison with the legal group. Maintain an accurate and robust pipeline and forecast of business opportunities. Applicants must meet the following qualifications: Minimum three years experience managing sales accounts and territories.
Working knowledge of life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements. Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders, and ensure delivery to a high degree of satisfaction. Must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
