e. CPA or MBA preferred. Demonstrated experience in financial management and accounting. Strategic Planning experience with short-term and long-term goals. Experience with audit, legal compliance, and budget development. Familiarity with accounting for nonprofit organizations.
Able to maintain all internal controls and financial reporting systems at company and legal standards. Able to perform cash management and record keeping. Able to provide monthly financial reports to Board of Directors, including cash positions, accounts receivable and revenue projections.
A minimum of 3 years experience with individual tax returns. At least a C-Tech title. Knowledge of Quickbooks and Microsoft Office. Must know California returns and must be legally able to complete California returns. Able to work 50 hours per week.
