At least seven years’ experience as COO or CFO. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree. Experience in a senior management role, partnering with executive staff and Board. Experience working with finance, information technology, human resources, and legal issues.
Experience doing market and competitive research. Experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Engineering, and Finance teams. Strong quantitative/analytical skills, including the ability to model business opportunities, assess trade-offs, and conduct a due diligence.
