Providing legal support to the investigations department. Assisting in the organization’s requests for criminal prosecutions of animal abusers. Advising investigators of relevant federal and state laws implicated by investigations. Required Skills:
Maintain and disseminate up-to-date technical knowledge of legal and regulatory information from all appropriate jurisdictions. Resolve any and all pre-bill edits, denials, etc. for assigned accounts. Required Skills: One-three years' experience as a coder required.
e. CPA or MBA preferred. Demonstrated experience in financial management and accounting. Strategic Planning experience with short-term and long-term goals. Experience with audit, legal compliance, and budget development. Familiarity with accounting for nonprofit organizations.
Able to maintain all internal controls and financial reporting systems at company and legal standards. Able to perform cash management and record keeping. Able to provide monthly financial reports to Board of Directors, including cash positions, accounts receivable and revenue projections.
