Technical knowledge of plan design features for 401(k) and non-qualified plans, legal and regulatory framework, industry trends. In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, preferably within institutional retirement services. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Perform contract review to ensure legal and contractual compliance of transactions. Manage and implement the ongoing enhancement of and compliance with company-wide and individual state brokerage operations manuals. Position Requirements Include:
Representing sales operations, accounting, finance and legal interests in the structuring of non-standard deals. Qualifications Include: Experience with working with Looker or other business analytics tools. 8+ years of experience in deal desk, deal structuring or sales operations roles.
