A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommuting Senior Legal Editor. Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities: Writing, editing, and updating real estate resources.
Serving as a resource within legal to provide information and support relating to litigation matters. Supporting transactional matters, reviewing and updating of corporate contracts. Assisting counsel on legal file research projects or other special projects as assigned.
Facilitating many kinds of conversations – emergencies, medical procedures, legal situations. Accurately repeating critical information from one person to another. Qualifications for this position include: Interpretation experience. Professional certification and training.
Ability to perform analysis and legal research to identify and clarify issues. Business acumen and experience with managing complex processes. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 1-3 years of functional products experience. 1-3 years of product management experience.
Holds an active real estate broker license with continuing education credits in real estate, management and legal compliance. A keen interest in and high level experience in real estate compliance activities. Proven track record of managing a medium to large brokerage firm.
Qualifications Include: Required to travel approximately 25% Knowledge of the insurance industry, claims and the insurance legal and regulatory environment. Juris Doctor and 5 or more years of experience in the Claims or Litigation area that includes fidelity and/or surety claims OR.
