Doing legal research and writing of motions and memorandum. Qualifications Include: Ability to meet at firm from time-to-time. Must have no disciplinary history in ANY jurisdiction. PA license, active and in good-standing is required.
Technical knowledge of plan design features for 401(k) and non-qualified plans, legal and regulatory framework, industry trends. In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, preferably within institutional retirement services. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
