High School Diploma/GED. 2 years of prior medical/healthcare experience from one or more of the following: nursing, hospital, clinic, healthcare insurance, ER, EMT, long-term care or telephonic healthcare consulting. 1 years of telephonic customer service experience.
Tech-savvy and customer focused. Strong communication skills and positive attitude. Familiarity with pregnant, nursing, and postpartum moms and the challenges they face. A strong and reliable internet connection. Proficient in Google Docs / Sheets / Forms / Calendar / Hangouts.
