Active Registered Nurse or LPN. Inpatient auditing/reviewing experience. 3+ years Acute Inpatient Hospital Coding experience. MS Office proficient. Demonstrated ability to lead process/project initiatives. Ability to work independently and manage work load.
Bachelor degree in a social work, psychology, human services, counseling, nursing, special education or a closely related field (or four years of commensurate experience if no degree) One year of supervised experience working with seniors and/or people living with disabilities.
BS/BA degree in business, industrial engineering, nursing or a health- related field required. 6-12 years operations performance improvement experience with either a consulting firm (hospital/healthcare focus req. ) and/or with a hospital/healthcare provider.
