A minimum of 5 years sales experience. 2 years successfully selling enterprise software to hospitals. Consistent sales performer. You are a missionary for value-based care delivery. Ability to converse comfortably with both senior administrators and physicians.
Qualifications Include: 15+ years of experience at a senior level managing physician enterprises. Experience working in physician-led, integrated healthcare delivery organizations. Proven experience developing and implementing operating plans, and analyzing financial and quality data.
1-3 years of experience in account management. 6-8 years of experience in health plan or physician practice operations. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (e. g. , Excel formulas and pivot tables) Knowledge of risk adjustment methodologies and models.
