A healthcare solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Physicians Clinical Solutions Customer Success Manager. Core Responsibilities Include: Maintaining a proactive cadence with customers to grow account relationship.
Access to reliable transportation to travel to client and / or patient sites. 3+ years’ healthcare sales / account management experience. Experience calling on Case Managers, Nurses, Physicians. Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.
Valid driver's license with proof of automobile insurance. Minimum of four (4) years of Pharma or HealthCare Sales experience. Comfortable with physicians as main call points. Four-year college degree in business or a healthcare-related field or equivalent work experience.
1-3 years of experience in account management. 6-8 years of experience in health plan or physician practice operations. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (e. g. , Excel formulas and pivot tables) Knowledge of risk adjustment methodologies and models.
Assist in efforts to enhance ease of use of physician portal. Support development and management of provider networks. Must meet the following requirements for consideration: Ability to help implement training and development of external providers through education programs.
5+ years' of experience in complex, large sales opportunities. HFMA Certification. Experience in healthcare outsourcing within HIM or related department. Direct experience working in hospital and / or physician operations. Other requirements as outlined in the job description.
