Valid driver's license with proof of automobile insurance. Minimum of four (4) years of Pharma or HealthCare Sales experience. Comfortable with physicians as main call points. Four-year college degree in business or a healthcare-related field or equivalent work experience.
Ability to demonstrate significant analytical capability. Experience managing and coaching more junior team members. Demonstrated success in yielding unprecedented results within the area of health care operations management. Proven physician relationship skills.
10-15 years selling Enterprise software in hospitals, large physician practices and health systems. 5-10 years of sales management in the RCM industry. Healthcare billing or healthcare operations experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
5+ years' of experience in complex, large sales opportunities. HFMA Certification. Experience in healthcare outsourcing within HIM or related department. Direct experience working in hospital and / or physician operations. Other requirements as outlined in the job description.
