Ability to communicate effectively using telephone, email, and IM. Ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Must have accurate data entry and proofreading skills. Broadband/Cable internet is required. Previous healthcare experience in medical records, or health insurance.
Native or NEAR native level in French Canadian. Understanding of Canadian accent/slang/cultural differences. Writing background: proofreading, copy writing, editing, writing development. Strong written customer support rather than verbal. Some level of comfort with data processing.
