Knowledge of child development, and of the issues and dynamics that surround juvenile and family cases. Ability to become proficient using a computer, laptop, iPad, smart phone and relevant computer software programs and databases.
Experience with Complaint Handling Software, Databases, and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills. Ability to interpret Regulations, Corporate, Division and Department procedures. Ability to translate quality and safety requirements into product specifications.
Ability to perform scene inspections; must have current license and meet driving standards. Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent combination of education and experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Knowledge of the Xactimate property estimating software.
Xactimate Software experience. Demonstrated ability to effectively handle moderate to complex property claims. Experience with mid-range computer systems and PC applications. Demonstrated fundamental understanding of homeowner policies and endorsements related to property coverage.
Supporting the Product team with subject matter expertise throughout planning and development. Applicants must meet the following qualifications: Flexibility to travel, primarily within the CONUS, for customer on-site engagements, training, etc. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
