A provider of customer service for other companies is filling a position for a Telecommute TechnicalSupport Representative. Candidates will be responsible for the following: Troubleshooting technicalsupport issues for customers. Researching required information using available resources.
Providing excellent client support through verbal and written communication. Providing consultation, training and support to the client. Communicating progress and any potential problems to manager for awareness and/or resolution. Qualifications for this position include:
Familiarity with modern software development practices. Previous experience working with a software delivery team. Experience working across organizations with Sales, Marketing, Support, Product, Engineering and Design.
