Ability to travel 10% of the time. Bachelor’s degree with 3 years experience OR. High school diploma with more years of experience. Understanding of process development principles. Hands-on technical experience in ServiceNow. Other requirements as outlined in the job description.
Required Skills: Proficiency in analyzing user-defined functional, technical system requirements as well as writing design and technical specifications. Requires minimum of 5 years of combined experience in hardware and software configuration for the selected solution.
Able to assist in all aspects of arranging/booking travel including, air, rail, hotel, car and alternate ground transportation. First call resolution. Strong technical skills. Able to work well in a virtual structured team environment.
