A provider of customer service for other companies is filling a position for a Telecommute TechnicalSupport Representative. Candidates will be responsible for the following: Troubleshooting technicalsupport issues for customers. Researching required information using available resources.
Providing excellent client support through verbal and written communication. Providing consultation, training and support to the client. Communicating progress and any potential problems to manager for awareness and/or resolution. Qualifications for this position include:
Familiarity with modern software development practices. Previous experience working with a software delivery team. Experience working across organizations with Sales, Marketing, Support, Product, Engineering and Design.
Supporting statistical programming activities. Serving as key collaborator with statistics and other project stakeholders. Providing significant technical expertise for statistical programming. Position Requirements Include: Minimum 10 years of SAS programming experience.
Providing technicalsupport to case managers. Qualifications for this position include: Valid driver's license required. 3-5 years in rehabilitation services industry. B. S. , B. A. , R. N. or B. S. N. required. Licensure or certification in a health or human services discipline.
