A staffing agency has a current position open for a Virtual Contact Center Chat Technical Support Representative. Must be able to: Interact with customers in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
Applicants must meet the following qualifications: Must be able to travel. Must live in the US Mountain and Pacific time zones. Have production experience in Windows and/or *NIX system administration. Spring, Hibernate, network programming and concurrency. Demonstrate proficiency with Java.
Required Skills: Work within +/-3 hours of Pacific Time. You write clean, scalable code and have significant experience with one or more programming languages. You have built scalable, performant, highly available services and understand the value of a good SLA.
