Reviewing requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Planning and coordinating testing activities, thoroughly identifying and documenting bugs. Qualifications Include: 2+ years' experience of working on a QA Engineer position.
Working with a given client to set technical strategy that maps to the client's business goals. Ensuring technical quality in the services shipped. Mentoring the team leads on the program, and ensuring mentoring structures are in place. Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
Assisting in technical support of customers and the field teams with qualification and compliance. Spending related to normal acceptable T&L. Skills and Requirements Include: 20% possible travel required for support, projects, field operations, or customer requests.
Experience with data programming tools and/or data viewing tools. Excellent communication and organizational skills, along with problem solving, conflict resolution, leadership and team-building skills. Strong technical background required with ability to learn new data reporting tools as needed.
Must be able to: Act as a technical consultant for developing and nurturing customer relations. Maintain and develop of all business potential. Provide efficient, effective repair and inspection of Physio-Control equipment. Required Skills: Travel up to 50% of the time.
Performing technical reviews of physical audits. Applicants must meet the following qualifications: 10% Travel. May assist in training new employees. May perform telephone audits. A minimum of 5 years of premium audit experience required.
10+ years of professional experience involved in technical projects or programs. 5+ years of professional experience in managing publisher compliance enforcement. 5+ years of professional licensing experience in 3 or more Tier 1 software publishers.
