A design collaboration platform is filling a position for a Telecommuting Tier 2 Support Specialist in the Central Region. Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities: Directly responding to and engaging qualified customer inquiries and requests.
Experience building and supporting Django applications. Experience with Linux containers and related tools. Excellent communication skills for working with a distributed team. Strong knowledge of Linux-based systems. Ability to troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues.
Academic or technical experience with common desktop and mobile operating systems. Academic or techincal experience with common web and mobile technologies. A well-known programming or scripting language. Experience creating ‘How To’ videos and knowledge base articles.
