A communications company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical and Customer Service Representative. Core Responsibilities of this position include: Creating satisfying customer experiences. Troubleshooting technical issues.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills. Desktop Computer or Laptop Computer Windows 7 (32 & 64 bit), Windows 8, 8. 1 or Windows 10 POTS hardwired or digital phone line. All other technical requirements necessary for this position.
You genuinely relish troubleshooting and problem-solving complex puzzles. Experience serving as quality assurance for escalated customer requests and bugs. You have prior knowledge of design practices. You’ve demonstrated technical support experience, preferably in a SaaS B2B setting.
Answering incoming calls and providing technical support and assistance. Receiving and handling a large number of inbound calls daily. Listening to customer concerns, documenting them and, resolving when able. Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
Work-related experience working on a personal computer (PC) Experience navigating through multiple computer systems and screens. Ability to participate and complete mandatory training for 3 weeks M-F from 9-5:30pm CST. Ability to meet all technical and home office requirements.
