Answering incoming calls and providing technical support and assistance. Receiving and handling a large number of inbound calls daily. Listening to customer concerns, documenting them and, resolving when able. Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
Resolving technical issues related to the hardware and software infrastructure. Troubleshooting and helping resolve problems. Logging all activities in the Problem Management System. Position Requirements Include: Required to provide evening, weekend, or holiday support when needed.
