A software company is seeking a Remote Technical Pre Sales Representative. Candidates will be responsible for the following: Advising on the technical solution for our prospects and customers. Responding to documents such as RFP s, technical questionnaires etc.
Consulting and advising potential clients on business and technical strategy. Supporting the Sales team with business and technical knowledge and advice. Must meet the following requirements for consideration: Willingness to travel.
Proven experience (2 years) as a key ITSM technical resource leading the development of solutions. Bachelor's Degree preferably in Information Technology. Experience with modern and relevant web technologies. Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies.
Providing and/or coordinating technical support and/or training. Qualifications for this position include: 25% travel. 7+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, public policy administration or related degree. Proficient in MS Office Applications.
Core Responsibilities Include: Providing technical product support and product expertise to all customers. Managing and improving the customer support process. Working as a liaison between the customers and the development team. Qualifications for this position include:
Maintain the primary company relationship in client's technical and operational areas. Ensure that client requests for additional services are addressed. Required Skills: Travel required 10 - 15% Advanced analytical skills required. EFT and Debit Card knowledge/experience.
Apply advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Implement the most advanced product features. Position Requirements Include: Ability to travel as needed. BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable.
Strong desire to tackle hard technical problems and proven ability do so. Exceptional interpersonal communications capabilities. Deep experience in designing, building and operating in-production Big Data or data integration solutions.
Coordinating all orders and projects with the inside sales team. Performing competitive research and market analysis. Qualifications Include: Ability to travel up to 40% of the time. 4+ years in Marketing/Sales or Technical Degree. 2+ years Technical Sales in lieu of education.
