Military Education Level (MEL) 4 qualified. Experience designing and developing training and/or outcomes-based curriculum. Demonstrated excellence with writing and speaking/briefing skills. In-depth/current knowledge of current US Joint, US Army and NATO doctrine.
Excellent analytical and writing skills with a demonstrated aptitude for creating instructional content for both a technical audience and a business user audience. Ability to quickly learn industry terminology, processes, and systems.
