BA or BS in Education, Business, Human Resources, or other related field or equivalent. PC Skills including knowledge of MS Office, web authoring tools, graphics s/w. Formal Training in Information Mapping or other structured writing methodology.
Proactively managing search projects from end to end. Managing outreach to network contacts. Developing and writing compelling client deliverables. Qualifications Include: Ability to travel as needed. 3+ years industry experience. Reliable, high-speed internet connection.
Knowledge of leadership and talent management practices. Strong writing skills to include feedback reports, persuasive business proposals and technical reports. Ability to translate data and information into insights that are compelling and useful for business leaders.
