Knowledge of ATS and Web based recruiting tools to include LinkedIn and CareerBuilder. Able to write basic web/database queries and Boolean searches. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications Include: 2 + years' experience in recruiting and/or human resources. Proficiency in excel, power point, word and various database and technology platforms. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Must have excellent writing, organizational and communication skills.
Able to meet recruiting metrics/standards for each project as laid out by the project manager. Excellent writing skills. Excellent follow-through, always keeping clients and candidates up to date. Constant sense of urgency and high attention to detail.
