Experience in writing SQL queries and manipulating large amounts of data. Experience creating business requirements based on request - asking for probing questions and providing recommendations for stakeholders.
Experience with technical writing or development of training materials a plus. Knowledge of HEDIS technical specifications and abstraction processes and procedures as pertinent to the specific area of focus. Knowledge of related regulations including NCQA, HIPAA, CMS.
Using current programming language and technologies, writes code, completes programming, and performs testing and debugging of applications. Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. May interact with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.
Excellent listening skills, the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing, and a general knowledge of operating plans as well as industry practices for promoting and selling similar products.
Creates and maintains project schedules, ensures timely completion through all phases, takes the lead on quality control issues, writes and presents project plans/risks in collaboration with other team members, and proactively drives risks and action items to resolution.
Write scripts for test automation. Skills and Requirements Include: 5+ years test automation experience, preferably using Cucumber and Ruby. Solid knowledge and experience with test methodologies used in software development. You are analytic and have great trouble-shooting skills.
