Write, edit and deliver specialized account processes to frontline service delivery teams and individual travel consultants in a virtual or contact center setting. Contribute to travel consultant knowledgebase articles in partnership with the Global Training team.
Using current programming language and technologies, writes code, completes programming, and performs testing and debugging of applications. Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. May interact with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.
Technical writing experience. Preferred Qualifications: MCSE or MCSA in Cloud Platform. Four (4) years billable consulting experience. Three (3) years of experience with leading teams in a Client or consulting project environment.
Creates and maintains project schedules, ensures timely completion through all phases, takes the lead on quality control issues, writes and presents project plans/risks in collaboration with other team members, and proactively drives risks and action items to resolution.
Experience with writing customer-facing software application or technical documentation. Expected Hours of Work: Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available to work until 5:00 PM PST (8:00 PM EST) Travel: Minimal travel is required for this role.
