Write, edit and deliver specialized account processes to frontline service delivery teams and individual travel consultants in a virtual or contact center setting. Contribute to travel consultant knowledgebase articles in partnership with the Global Training team.
Position Summary. Remote work available in the states of Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
Technical writing experience. Preferred Qualifications: MCSE or MCSA in Cloud Platform. Four (4) years billable consulting experience. Three (3) years of experience with leading teams in a Client or consulting project environment.
Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing. Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc. Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
