An outsourcing company is seeking a Remote Seasonal Customer Service Specialist. Must be able to: Provide premium, end-to-end services for our customers, across telephone, email and/or chat. Ensuring that customers have the products needed to fit their needs.
You are available seasonallyand are open to a flexible schedule. You are comfortable in your computer skills and have experience in ZenDesk or similar tools, along with the willingness to learn to operate some of our proprietary software and inventory management systems. TRAINING.
