Bachelor’s Degree or Associates. 4 years progressive experience within technical service role: software, hardware, networks databases, and/or desktops. 1 year of progressive experience within technical service role or equivalent. Legal authorization to work in the U. S. is required.
Demonstrated experience closing new partnership relationships with SaaS and software companies. Experience managing complex negotiations and working with legal staff. Experience using Salesforce. com or similar CRM. Must have a valid passport and a valid driver's license.
Conduct legal research and initial case assessments. Position Requirements Include: 5+ years of experience as a paralegal. Experience with transactional, family law, bankruptcy and/or probate experience. Experience with supporting a litigation practice.
