Job Summary
Serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of retirement plan clients, the full-time Relationship Manager for 3(16) Fiduciary Services will manage fiduciary responsibilities and ensure compliance with ERISA requirements while collaborating with internal teams and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of 75-100 retirement plans providing 3(16) fiduciary services
- Manage delegated fiduciary responsibilities, including contribution monitoring and compliance activities
- Lead fiduciary governance meetings with plan sponsors and financial advisors
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 5-7+ years of experience in qualified retirement plan administration or fiduciary services
- Strong knowledge of retirement plan operations and compliance testing
- Previous experience with a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) or retirement services organization preferred
- Experience using retirement industry platforms such as PensionPro or similar
