What exactly does “tailoring” do to my resume?
When you open a job you have saved and choose a resume, Tailor to this job reworks your target title, summary, skills, and experience bullets around the language and requirements of that specific posting. Your original resume is never overwritten. Tailored versions save separately.
Can I upload the resume I already have?
Yes. Upload a PDF or Word file, or import a document you have already stored in My Documents. It loads straight into the builder where you can edit every section, restyle it, and export it.
Are the exported resumes ATS-friendly?
