340B Compliance Analyst
Job Summary
To support the 340B Drug Pricing Program, the full-time 340B Compliance Analyst will manage compliance audits, data analysis, and operational reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develops systems to limit program liabilities and conducts audits to prevent duplicate discounts and diversion
- Reviews utilization records and monitors 340B purchasing accounts to ensure compliance with HRSA regulations
- Performs monthly audits of contract pharmacies and hospital pharmacies to verify eligibility and compliance
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Three years of experience in healthcare, finance, or pharmacy
- Experience with the 340B Drug Pricing Program
- Experience in data analysis and audit processes
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
