Job Summary
To ensure compliance and optimize financial performance within the 340B Drug Discount Program, the full-time 340B Compliance Analyst will manage program integrity, coordinate software systems, and support daily operations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinates the 340B Drug Pricing Program and maintains compliance with HRSA requirements
- Analyzes program metrics and financial savings, creating reports to identify areas for improvement
- Serves as the primary liaison for compliance issues, collaborating with internal audits and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience with pharmacy 340B programs required; 2 years in business, analytics, or auditing preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
- Advanced knowledge of 340B Drug Pricing Program and healthcare billing regulations
- Experience with Epic Electronic Health Record and 340B Split Billing Software
