Job Summary
Assisting with the coordination of the 340B Drug Pricing Program, the full-time 340B Compliance Analyst will review compliance procedures and controls, conduct internal audits, and perform data analysis to ensure regulatory adherence in a hybrid on-site environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review operating and regulatory compliance procedures to maintain eligibility for the 340B Program
- Conduct ongoing internal audits and data analysis to optimize program effectiveness
- Assist in the coordination of the 340B Drug Pricing Program for qualified entities within the organization
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Three years of healthcare or pharmacy experience, with a minimum of five years in healthcare finance or data analysis
- Knowledge of the 340B Program and split-billing/third-party administrator systems preferred
- Apexus Advanced Operations Certificate on hire or within 24 months of hire
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
