Job Summary
To ensure compliance with the 340B Drug Pricing Program, the full-time remote 340B Compliance Analyst will manage audits, data analysis, and operational reviews across the WVU Medicine Health System.
Key responsibilities
- Develops systems and processes to limit program liabilities and conducts audits to prevent duplicate discounts and diversion
- Performs monthly compliance audits of various pharmacies to ensure adherence to 340B HRSA regulations
- Monitors and reviews utilization records and purchasing accounts to validate processes and document discrepancies
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Three (3) years of healthcare, finance, or pharmacy experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or Hospital Administration preferred
- Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician and/or Apexus Advanced 340B Operations Certificate preferred
- Experience in data analysis, audit processes, and reporting
