340B Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the optimization and compliance of the 340B program, the full-time remote 340B Program Manager will oversee program integrity, manage medication procurement, and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance access to care for patients and communities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintains the integrity of the 340B split-billing software and identifies areas for optimization
• Oversees the implementation of new registered child sites and contract pharmacies, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
• Develops and executes internal audits of the 340B Program, coordinating remediation of compliance deficiencies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Seven years of experience in pharmacy procurement and 340B program management
• Advanced 340B Operations Certificate within 18 months of hire
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Epic is helpful
• Must reside in an eligible state: AL, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MO, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, WV, or WI
