340B Strategy Associate Director

Job Summary

To support the Global Pricing Operations & Analytics team, the full-time Associate Director, 340B Strategy will manage the development and execution of BMS's 340B strategy, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency while collaborating with various internal stakeholders in either Princeton, NJ, or Washington, D.C.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with the Director of 340B Strategy to align on strategic priorities and lead execution of 340B-related projects
• Support the Executive Director in identifying GTN opportunities within the 340B environment and evaluate HRSA-approved covered entity audit findings
• Develop and deliver 340B education and training sessions across the organization while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications:

• BA/BS preferred; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MPA, PharmD) is a plus
• Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, ideally in market access, pricing, or policy
• 8+ years of experience with the 340B program in strategic, operational, or compliance roles
• Familiarity with 340B program dynamics and US healthcare policy
• Experience working cross-functionally with legal, policy, and commercial teams
