3PL Manager

Job Summary

Owning the relationships with third-party warehouses, the full-time remote 3PL Manager will manage performance metrics, conduct operational reviews, and ensure contract compliance for retail, direct-to-consumer, and wholesale orders.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the day-to-day and strategic relationship with each 3PL partner, conducting weekly and monthly operational reviews
• Build and manage a 3PL scorecard to track key performance indicators such as order cycle time and inventory accuracy
• Audit 3PL invoices against contracts and manage claims for lost or damaged inventory

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or supply chain operations, with 3+ years managing 3PL vendor relationships
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-site 3PL performance with scorecards and business reviews
• Experience reading and enforcing 3PL agreements, including SLAs and rate cards
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and advanced analytical skills, including Google Sheets
