Job Summary
To support high-needs students, the part-time 3rd-5th Grade Math and ELA Tutor will provide virtual tutoring sessions from 12pm-4pm EST, focusing on delivering engaging instruction in math and English language arts to students across the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct small group virtual tutoring sessions for 3rd to 5th-grade students in math and ELA
- Utilize online platforms such as Teams or Zoom to facilitate lessons and engage students effectively
- Collaborate with the tutoring community to identify and accept various engagement opportunities
Required qualifications
- Experience teaching Math and/or ELA in a classroom setting
- Availability from 12pm-4pm ET on weekdays
- Experience in an online teaching environment
- Working knowledge of Teams or Zoom
- Active teaching credential preferred
