401(k) Account Manager
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Special Projects Account Manager will consult with clients to complete outstanding prior year administration requirements, including compliance testing and Form 5500 filings.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain a caseload of clients with outstanding prior year administration work
- Consult and guide clients through completion of prior year work, ensuring timely project progress
- Coordinate with internal teams and communicate with various professionals to bring plans into compliance
Required qualifications:
- 8-10 years of 401(k) plan administration and consulting experience
- Superior knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy, and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions and controlled group testing
- NIPA or ASPPA credential; ERPA is a plus
- Ability to proactively manage a book of business with high critical thinking skills
