Job Summary
To support a growing portfolio of 401(k) clients, the full-time Retirement Plan Analyst will manage day-to-day administration and compliance, serving as the primary point of contact while providing knowledgeable support remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong relationships as the primary contact for assigned 401(k) clients
- Handle full scope plan administration, including contributions, loans, distributions, and compliance testing
- Research and resolve operational and regulatory compliance questions while maintaining accurate documentation
Required qualifications
- ASPPA credential(s) or willingness to obtain
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of 401(k) plan administration and IRS rules
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
