4P Server Manager

Job Summary

Leading the global commercial 4P strategy for the ESMB Server business, the full-time 4P Server Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product portfolio, pricing, promotional strategies, and route-to-market execution, ensuring alignment and achievement of financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end WW Commercial 4P strategy for the ESMB Server business, ensuring alignment and execution across regional teams
• Develop quarterly/annual business plans in collaboration with supply chain, product, and finance teams to support demand forecasting and financial target achievement
• Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for optimizing pricing, margin, and portfolio mix

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Category Management, Business Management, Commercial Planning, or 4P Management within the server or technology industry
• Bachelor's degree required
• Demonstrated experience managing product portfolios and business planning
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams
