Overseeing the end-to-end Call 811 ticket lifecycle, the full-time 811 Operations Coordinator will manage high-volume locate activities remotely, ensuring compliance with state regulations and coordinating effectively with internal teams to facilitate timely excavation readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the Call 811 ticket lifecycle in Salesforce and internal systems across assigned markets
• Interpret site surveys to create and monitor locate tickets, ensuring compliance with state-specific regulations
• Investigate locate anomalies and document evidence while escalating risks to maintain operational efficiency
