Job Summary
To support ABA practice owners in building and scaling their operations, the full-time Strategic ABA Practice Partner will serve as a trusted advisor, focusing on operational performance, financial growth, and strategic problem-solving in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with ABA practice owners, understanding their goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance
- Analyze practice performance and develop actionable plans to improve patient volume, staffing, and profitability
- Project manage practice launches and support providers in navigating operational challenges as they scale
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in ABA or behavioral health, with significant involvement in leading or operating an ABA practice
- Strong understanding of ABA operational realities, including clinical operations, staffing, and financial performance
- Proven ability to identify operational challenges and develop practical solutions
- Experience with financial analysis, including budgets and P&L management
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to effectively partner with practice owners
