Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for RBTs, BCBAs, and other ABA-related positions

Required qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in ABA
- Demonstrated success in hiring RBTs and BCBAs
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes

- Strong skills in interviewing, sourcing, and relationship building
