ABA Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary
To support the growth of ABA and behavioral health teams, the full-time ABA Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruitment, develop talent pipelines, and collaborate with hiring leaders in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and screening to onboarding
- Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
- Drive recruiting KPIs by monitoring metrics and identifying improvement opportunities
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting Behavior Technicians (BTs) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) preferred
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions
- A proactive approach to building talent pipelines and improving recruiting outcomes
