Job Summary

Leading a team of specialists, the full-time Manager, Absence Operations will oversee the end-to-end management of absence and claim cases, ensuring operational performance and delivering high-quality service in a remote or onsite environment.

• Manage a team of specialists, focusing on hiring, performance management, and professional development
• Deliver consistent absence services that meet or exceed service levels, ensuring a positive experience for clients and claimants
• Proactively monitor operational performance, conduct root cause analysis, and implement service improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 5+ years of technical absence management experience preferred
• Prior experience leading a service-oriented team preferred
• Proven ability to drive performance and service improvements
• Strong influencing skills and ability to resolve conflict effectively
